Застраховался в прошлом году. Пришло время продлить страховку, возникли проблемы. Просидел часа два, подошла очередь сказали, что возникли проблемы в связи с тем, что нет данных от предыдущей страховой компании. В прошлом году был застрахован, а в этом проблемы. Дали телефоны звоните. Прошло восемь дней звоню, ответили, звоните с 17 00 до 18 00. Звоню после 17 00 в течении часа - тишина. Просто издевательство над клиентом. Позвонил на контактный телефон в Москву, выслушали и сказали оставайтесь на линии. Ждал минут пять шли длинные гудки затем обрыв связи.Вынуждают уйти в другую компанию. Григорий
