Компания,которая совершенно не дорожит клиетами.Простраховавшись у них в течении трех лет,они отказали в выплате ремонта капота моего тс.А суть ущерба такова.При движении ис под колес впереди идущего тс вылетело несколько камней.В результате удар пришелся мне по капоту и в дальнейшем отскачил в лобовое.Лобовое разбито,на копоте огромные сколы.Я обращаюсь,заметьте с грудным ребенком,в ближайшее отд.ГИБДД потратив кучу времени для получения заветной справочки для страховой в которой черным по белому указаны повреждения копот и лобовое.Обратилась в страховую и жду.Жду жду две недели и тишина.Хотя обещали в течении 10 дней прислать смс либо отзвонится.Звоню уже сама и в итоге они мне сообщают,что лобовое мы вам одобрили,а копот простите мы не будем возмещать на основании ст.№18 о страховании.Это как получается?Когда каждый год я им относила по 50-70 тысяч они улыбались и были счастливы.А вот как коснулось выплаты клиенту сразу в позу.А мне остается только лишь обратится в суд и посоветовавшись с юристом шансы высоки.Значит так и будем поступать
