Только и остаётся включать учителя русского языка, когда нет других оправданий. Отзыв честный, размещу его и на других ресурсах. А стыдно - это не иметь профессиональной компетенции в оказываемых услугах и нежелание ее повысить. А также делать вид, что отзыв заказной, зная что это не так.

Сотрудники апсолютно не компитентны, по крайней мере в вопросах контрольно кассовой техники. Вопрос с заключением договора с ОФД, официальными партнерами которого в Костроме они являются, не могли решить несколько дней, придумывая нелепые оправдания, приезжал в эту горе контору, мои звонки отшивались обещаниями перезвонить. В итоге этот сложный по их словам вопрос решился одним звонком в Москву, непосредственно в ОФД, где к моему удивлению, все выслушав сказали окей, присылайте реквизиты, заключим договор на прямую, не взяв за это ни копейки (данная компания берет за это деньги, как посредник, ну да я и не был против, кто сейчас бесплатно работает?). В итоге касса прекрасно заработала, все чеки отправляет в налоговую через ОФД, не смотря на все страшные рассказы сотрудников, о том, что ничего не заработает, т.к. касса и ФН куплены не у них!!! Они ничего не гарантируют, нужно проводить кучу непонятных манипуляций, перепрошивать кассу!!! и т.д. Короче профессиональный кругозор уже коридора в советской хрущевке, работают по одному накатанному шаблону с несколькими видами касс, все остальное для них темный лес, разбираться в котором никто там не будет.
