Заказала спальню, шкаф с кроватью и прикроватные тумбочки. Оплатила. Перед привозкой мебели решила отказаться от сборки, 13 500 руб. Написала заявление. Заверили, что проблем нет и деньги вернутся. Прошло пол месяца, кормят только обещаниями. Позвоните завтра и может быть...., денег нет и вернуть не чем. Прежде чем купить мебель, продумайте все хорошо и знайте, деньги вернуть будет сложно...мне не удалось еще пока. Мирно не хотят...

Первый раз пишу отзыв. Доставку задержали более чем на 2 недели и то доставили после моих звонков и ругани с сервисной службой (итого ждали мебель более 2,5 месяцев). Фабрика у них находится в Москве. Доставили не все по заказу. Решить вопрос ни кто не может. Ждите говорят. Директор магазина помочь ни чем не может, так как потом говорит, что от нее ни чего не зависит и они не отвечают за доставку и выполнения сроков и отправляет в сервисную службу (т.е. вы оплатили , а потом бегайте и выбивайте все сами). Теперь еще месяц ждать когда в Москве найдут наш товар и привезут. Ни кому не советую эту организацию, потратите все свои нервы.
