Достоинства: Очень благодарен магазину, что несмотря на то, что я из другого региона они согласились отправить товар за свой счёт транспортной компанией. Недостатки: 1) Мне пришлось доплачивать 210 рублей за доставку до дома, хотя у нас была договоренность, что доставка будет за счёт компании... 2) Заказ пришел в деревянной обрешетке (кто не понимает что это - это товар заколоченный со всех сторон деревянными досками. Это караул, товарищи!!! Комментарий: Штиль, вы будьте хоть маленько клиентоориентированными. Или предупреждайте, что ваш товар будет будет в деревянной обрешетке. И понадобятся дополнительные навыки и инструменты. У меня нет ни времени ни навыков вскрывать упаковку с вашим Стабилизатор. Доходит до смешного, но придётся вызывать мастера, чтобы ВСКРЫТЬ КОРОБКУ, чтобы осмотреть товар...

Добрый день, Николай Юрьевич ! Про адресную доставку речи не было, мы давали согласие на оплату доставки из Москвы до филиала г. Екатеринбурга. Доставка с упаковкой обошлась нам =1001,24 рублей. Что для Вас вполне приятный подарок, согласитесь! Не каждая фирма может предоставить это Покупателю. К сожалению, как показывает наш опыт работы с ТК, отгружать наш товар без упаковки мы не можем, обязательно уронят или повредят внешний вид изделия. Только за упаковку вашего заказа мы заплатили ТК Байкал Сервис - 400 рублей. Мы понимаем, что распаковать товар из обрешетки в наше время не всем под силу, но уж лучше обратиться к мастеру, чем получить разбитый стабилизатор, а после писать рекламации в адрес отправителя в поисках правды, а ТК снимает с себя ответственность за товар, отгруженный без жесткой упаковки. Просим извинения за причиненные неудобства.
