Расстроена. Отношение ужасное. Продавец все 10 минут не отлипала от телефона. Какой подсказать, меня будто не было. Сказала про оплату картой, мне крайне недовольно высказали про отсутствие бесконтактной оплаты. В общем очень удобно что рядом, но с таким отношением я поеду в Бальзам. Тк купиться что нужно не получилось.

Мы работаем над этим вопросом. С нашими клиентами мы никогда не позволяем себе грубости. Всегда общаемся дружелюбно и тактично. Всегда при необходимости даём квалифицированную консультацию.

К сожалению помощи я не получила. И можно же было решить вопрос переводом и тд. Хотелось бы чтобы продавец в рабочее время помогал, а не просто разговаривал на личные темы по телефону. И делал одолжения будто. Если изменится отношение, вернусь Но пока такое обслуживание непозволительно
