Максимально ужасны. Хотя казалось бы за 7 (или сколько там лет) могли выйти на хороший уровень. Постоянные просадки скорости до 1 мегабита. За последние две недели не было ни дня без проблем.

1006207 Хотя стоит признать последние два дня просадок вроде не было. И, кстати, я звонил вам 20-21 сентября, меня выслушали, обещали разобраться и перезвонить, на этом всё.

Добрый день! Пользуюсь услугами индиком 2 года, последние 2 месяца через каждые несколько дней, отключается интернет, звоню в тех. поддержку говорят что на линии проблем нет, перезагрузите роутер на 10 мин. и о чудо сразу включается интернет. Когда я делаю это без звонка им ничего не включается. Когда спрашиваю почему так, они говорят что роутеру хана. Роутер я покупала у них, ему 2 года, в то время как у моих родных дома тоже роутер и ему уже 4 года, работает прекрасно. Сегодня снова отключился интернет, скзали перезагрузить роутер, в нем вся проблема, я решила подключить шнур на прямую но интернет не работал до тех пор пока я им не позвонила, в тех поддержке сказали подключиться заново и интернет заработал и на роутере тоже. Ощущение что меня разводят на новый роутер. Что бы вызвать специалиста и узнать в чем проблема нужно заплатить 500 рублей, только в случае проблем на линии вызов будет бесплатный, но чувствую в этом они не признаются .
