Отдала им принтер с снпч на прочистку печатающей головки 06.09.19 Словестно мне не уточнили сколько именно будет проходить ремонт, поэтому я ориентировалась на дату выдачи 16.09.19. Я позвонила по номеру, который указали в квитанции 10.09.19 узнать готов ли мой принтер - ответили нет. С 16.09 по 18.10 меня "кормили завтраками", в те редкие случаи когда я могла к ним дозвониться, а это оказалось великой проблемой, потому что трубку они берут достаточно редко, обещают перезвонить - ни разу не перезвонили, чтобы сказать, что они ещё в процессе ремонта моего устройства, хотя обещали держать в курсе. 18.10.19 пришла забрать принтер, ибо в квитанции указано, что если принтер не забрать а течении 30 дней после ориентированной даты выдачи - его утилизируют. Принтер мне вернули в пыли, паутине, грязи и краске, которая тяжело отмывается с рук, попутно доказывали мне, что ремонт может происходить вплоть до года (почему об этом не сказать сразу - тоже непонятно). Мастер Руслан будет делать дурака из Вас, мол здесь стоят принтеры и полгода, и год, а вообще у Вас же есть интернет - воспользуйтесь Гуглом! В целом - к Вам будут здесь относиться как к мусору, обязательства свои компания не выполняет. Вернули принтер без результата - и на том спасибо. UPD 02.12.20. Вы серьезно решили написать через год? Да, принтер починили в другом сервисе, работает уже год, в совокупности ему уже лет семь. Моя основная претензия была не по поводу ремонта, а по поводу того, что компания работает без админа, никакой коммуникации с клиентами.
