Оформила заказ с доставкой в офис. Заказываем часто. По истечении 50 минут позвонил курьер с возмущениями. Сказал что не будет доставлять до офиса, приходите и забирайте у подъезда, если не придёте я тогда уезжаю. Курьер хамло!!!! Я ему объяснила, что я на работе и у меня нет возможности выйти. Бросил трубку. Девушка из клиентской службы заверила что свяжется с курьером и он якобы доставит заказ, прошло ещё 25 мин курьера нет и никто со мной не связался! Отвратительное отношение к клиентам!!!

Ждем оплаченный заказ более двух часов. При звонке на горячую линию оператор сбрасывает звонок, говоря что якобы нам перезвонит менеджер. Ужасные впечатления от качества обслуживания. Раньше были постоянными клиентами, после сегодняшнего случая - никогда больше тут заказывать не будем. И никому не рекомендуем заказывать!

Очень долгая доставка, обещают за 1ч 40м, по итогу ждёшь больше 2 часов. При этом еда не самая лучшая в городе, чтобы столько ждать. Ну как-то совсем грустно.

Много раз делала заказ через приложение, в очередной раз заказала еду своей бабушке. Деньги списали (около 4 тыс.рублей), что подтверждено смс от Сбербанка. Через час после заказа, начала беспокоиться, что оператор нк позвонил и не подтвердил заказ. Позвонила сама, оказалось, что заказ не прошёл. Деньги так и не вернули.

Курьеры работают когда как. Бывает, что с доставкой опаздывают. Но что приятно пицца при этом всегда теплая несмотря на опоздание. Меню нравится. Можно заказать от пиццы до обыкновенной домашней еды типа картошки с грибами. Но тут все равно почему-то получается вкуснее, чем когда дома готовишь.

Заказываю в разных пиццериях. В последнее время их пицца прям отлично заходит. Доставляют дольше всех, но по цене и вкусу все отлично. Очень радуют комбо с пиццей и роллами в одном заказе. Особенно актуально когда не можешь определиться чего больше хочется.
