Здравствуйте! ыторой раз связываюсь с этой компанией, - - больше не буду. Первый раз заказывала диван. привезли , подушки диванные к нему оказались не той расцветки что в заказе. пришлось ждать когда привезут те что нужно.На этот раз заказала тумбочку в прихожую. Обещали привезти через3 недели. Не привезли. После моего звонка обещали привезти через еще неделю, обьяснив тем что на фабрике что-то не успели. ждала. Не привезли. Снова звонила обещали что привезут после выходных, так как в пятницу не успели. В понедельник опять не привезли. Я снова позвонила , уже в тихом бешенстве. Слезно уверяли что тумбочка будет утром на следующий день. Прождала все утро. В 13:00 позвонили сами и сказали что не успели с утра и привезут через час- полтора. Жду, - нет как нет! звоню ,ругаюсь, и опять в ответ слышу что привезут через час. Тут уж у меня терпение вообще лопнуло! Сидеть все эти ди и ждать не выходя из дома, - как будто ни у кого дпел нет кроме них!!! в итоге привезли все-таки в 15:40! Это при том что я живу на той же улице! в 5 минутах ходьбы от магазина!!! больше с этой компанией я дел иметь не хочу и никому не советую!

Отличный магазин. Доступные цены. Много раз совершали здесь покупки, в том числе и на заказ. Всё привозили в оговоренные сроки. Спасибо Вам огромное, что Вы рядом.

Заказывали диван. Выполнили в нужном размере и в нужной обивке в крайтчайшие сроки. Доставка точно по времени. Метро Медведково, ТЦ Фортуна.

Ужасное качество,диван буквально развалился на части,после недели использования, звоню который день в компанию,не могу добиться чтобы починили диван по гарантии.Когда его только начали собирать.все было уже ясно, жаль я сразу не отказалась.Цвет обивки перепутали, я уж не стала ругаться приняла,о чем жалею.С доставкой тоже опоздали на неделю.Ждала целый день,приехали в 9 вечера,трое мужиков, еле собрали. Отвечает по телефону девушка с неграмотной речью, перебивает.Ужасно!
