Наши люди к сожалению не понимают интеллигентного и правильного тона общения. Заказывал кухню, оперативно оплатил в салоне ТРК Принц Плаза. Обслуживал менеджер Владимир. В договоре со дня оплаты чёрным по белому напечатано, 30 рабочих дней. Они уже прошли, а Кухни нет, и неизвестно когда появится. Как только оплатил, началось откровенное кидалово. То рабочие не успевают, то заказов много, то кто-то забыл, кто ушёл в отпуск и т.п. Задаюсь вопросом, какого черта принимают новые заказы, если не исполнили старые? Очень жалею, что не принял во внимание отзывы, оставленные на разных сайтах. Буду судиться.

Никому не рекомендую. Выбрали в салоне в Принц Плаза кухню, оплатили кухню, обещали оперативно прислать замерщика. Менеджер Владимир будто спит, всё путает. Не связывайтесь. Прошло уже 5 дней, а нам даже предварительно не могут сказать, когда придет замерщик. Чувствуем, кухню ждать придется 6 месяцев. Лучше вернуть деньги

Покупал кухню очень доволен я и моя супруга. Владимиру большой привет, он умничка. Досканально прорабатывает все вопросы покупателя. Монтажникам поставил бы оценку 3. Закрутили шланг к смесителю, установили столешницу, при этом расстояние от гайки до отсекающего клапана 5 см, не закрутить. На вопрос почему не сказали заранее, ответ убил, а потом ещё шланги докупить дополнительно соединение сделаете. По моей просьбе переделали, купил шланг длиннее и без доп соединения.
