Купили лопату- снегоуборщик Greenwork 13.12.2023 . Лопата включается, но снег не чистит. Через 5 дней привезли сделать возврат, ее отказались принимать, хотя гарантия 3 года и возврат в течение 7 рабочих дней, сказала, что она пользованная, она не пользованная, мы пытались ею работать, она снег не кидала, только шкрябала об твердый снег. Лопата не соответствует требованиям и цене. Написала претензию в магазин, теперь буду писать в роспотребнадзор и дальше в суд. Не рекомендую приобретать никакие инструменты в магазине « Империя инструмента» потому что если есть какие-то проблемы, то вернуть товар и свои деньги вы не сможете, только через суд

На мой взгляд профессиональные консультанты и помогут выпутаться из таких ситуаций в решение не находил правильно подбирают нужный инструмент и подсказывают как можно выполнить ту или иную работу

Весьма "тяжелая" скидочная политика, но зато большой ассортимент. Не самая удобная парковка. Но если нужно что-то из наличия - то тут есть из чего выбрать.
