Самое без ответсвенности отношение к самим сотрудникам и к людям которые хотят сервис!!! Владелец гостиницы общается как с животными , после того как только получить деньги !!! Организовывали праздник на 300 человек, карл на 300-это 300 клиентов плюс наши люди жили в гостинице , говорили что будет все что просили , по факту мятые скатерти, пол дня кондиционер включали , даже воды в туалетах не было , поэтому если заключаете с ними договора прописывайте все что вам надо или будет опа конкретная , итог один мимо проходите этой лавочки !!!

Организовывали мероприятия на 300 человек, если вы собираетесь организовывать событие, поищите другое место, если просто пожить то нормально, директор не ценит людей вообще, ей важно только деньги! Отношение как к собакам, как к клиентам так и к персоналу, но не смотря на это персонал очень хороший, им нелегко с таким руководством, но они это не показывают, спасибо персоналу, как то вырулили, на такое большое событие нам даже не разрешили порепитировать за день, плюс проблемы с кондиционером

Свадьба от 11.07 Отзыв: Сложилось впечатление, что про нас забыли. Очень долгая подача горячего, официанта было очень сложно «поймать». Первый раз видела чтобы не спросив забирали тарелку в которой либо ещё не тронутый салат или горячее! А про некоторых вообще забыли, тарелку с салатом забрали а с горячим не принесли! По поводу торта: я запретила весь его резать! а меня просто взяли и проигнорировали! Я должна была забрать примерно около 2.5 - 3-х кг. Я забрала максимум 700гр!!!🤬 а из еды я забрала как будто на 2.000 у вас посидела(а еды оставалось очень много), наглости нет придела я разочарована в Вашем заведении!

11.05.2019г. был заказан столик в ресторане "Император" на 12.05.2019г.Однако в назначенный день и час нас не приняли. С хамским вежливым видом администратор заведения заявила, что мы не будем обслужены.Заказ не передали.Как можно доверять ресторану не соблюдаещему права потребителя?
