Огромное спасибо Андрею Медведеву и Вадиму Коцелябину, за помощь по сопровождению операций с недвижимостью. Вадим, благодаря своему опыту и соответствующим знаниям, грамотно организовал весь процесс купли-продажи , был на связи с утра и до позднего вечера, работал оперативно, терпеливо и корректно.

Я очень доволен как Агентство Импэкс-недвижимость и лично Андрей Медведев провели сделку по продаже доставшейся по наследству квартиры, и покупке на деньги от продажи квартиры дачного участка с домом. Документы и сделку оформили быстро и чётко. Когда нашли устраивающий нас вариант дома, оказалось что денег от квартиры на него не хватает. Вот тут и проявился профессионализм риэлтора. Он не только смог сторговаться с продавцом до приемлемой цены, но и оперативно оформил на него все недостающие документы, и зарегистрировал дом в реестре недвижимости до проведения сделки. Я всем знакомым рекомендую агентство Импэкс-недвижимость. В дальнейшем буду обращаться к нему. Желаю ему удачи в делах! Михаил
