30.10.23 я пришла сделать милирование холодного блонда. Мастер Марина не смогла сделать то,что я просила ( даже фото показала). Стоимость была 7700 . Так же после окрашивания ,мастер предложила стрижку , это при том ,что уже оплата шла за всю длинну волос! Как итог вышла из салона с милированием желтого цвета и предложением мастера использовать шампунь ,для достижения холодного блонда! Что стало полным разочарованием! Ранее меня окрашивала Наталья и ради справедливости-она это делает качественно ,хоть выходишь с результатом . А тут полное разочарование.... Больше я в имидж клуб ни ногой.

Такого отношения к клиентам я не видела давно! записалась на процедуру, пришла, а двери закрыты!!! О том , что перед приходом нужно позвонить, что бы открыли салон нужно предупреждать заранее!!!

Хожу в этот салон уже давно, до этого ходила на массаж к Наталье ( просто супер) и на стрижку. И вот решила сходить на маникюр. И была дико разочарована. Делаю шеллак уже давно, до жтого ходила в другое место, но в связи с карантином пришлось пойти сюда. Мастер Светлана, вначале мне все понравилось, сделала маникюр аккуратно, сделали шеллак. Все красиво. Но... через неделю у меня начал скалываться лак, сначала на одном ногте, потом на другом, итог через две неделе сколы уже на 5 ногтях. С учетом карантина , мне даже переделать маникюр негде... очень разочарована. Не ожидала, что в таком салоне получу такой результат
