На маникюре порезали сразу четыре пальца (в салоне заметила три), получила словестные извинения.. На окрашивание мастер сделал скидку, как сказали, хотя при звонке, говорят, что первое посещение скидка у любого мастера (мне же это преподнесли, что только этот мастер скидку делает), как-то нечестно звучит от администрации в салоне..Хочу отметить, что мастер замечательно справился с цветом волос, но увы, не до конца учел мои пожелания по поводу длины волос. Уже договорились о приемлемой длине, и я никак не думала, что дополнительные вмешательства с каскадами так сильно визуально сделают их короче (обещали, что не так). Может и красиво, и стильно, но лучше бы оставили одну длину, без каскадов.. это на мой вкус. Я сразу сказала, что люблю длинные волосы и просила сохранить максимально возможную длину. За цвет и старанее 5, но за порезанные пальцы, не совсем ту длину волос и не совсем честность по поводу скидок остаётся 3-… Поставлю 3. – показать

Сделали красивый цвет, благородный блонд. Но я просила сохранить максимальную длину волос. Мне сделали длину ниже плеч. которую я приемлю. А потом сказали сделать стрижку ярусами, так как волосы без объема, что сильно длина не поменяется. В итоге полосы стали намного короче, как каре. Я не чувствую себя привлекательной с такой длиной. Это не мой стиль.... Даже если кому-то другому нравится. Я расстроена до слез.. Знала бы, не согласилась делать ярусы.... Пожалуйста, учтите мой отзыв на будущее - что взгляд клиента на его красоту может сильно отличаться от взгляда остальных людей. – показать
