27апреля 2019г я пришла в магазин за очередной покупкой .Обслуживания продавца Арины меня очень оскорбило .Она не уважительно отнеслась ко мне ,директор магазина стояла и не вмешалась в нашу беседу.Не сказала что хватит переговариваться с покупателем.Дело в том ,что я пришла с ребёнком ,ребёнок маленький,пытался залезть в машину .На что продавец сказала что этого делать нельзя .Мы ее поняли и естественно ребёнка убрали .У ребёнка день рождения и мы выбирали хороший подарок для него .Машинка ему очень понравилась ,Цена ее 60.000т.Я отдала ребёнка бабушки они вышли из магазина и я решила проверить машину (потрогать ,посмотреть что внутри и тд) Хотела посмотреть за что вообще такие деньги,что машина эта умеет.На что услышала агрессию такую,"Машину можно смотреть ,но трогать ее нельзя ,если я ее поцарапаю или сломаю ,я должна буду купить ее ."Я не ребёнок ,я почему должна ее ломать и царапать ?Я говорю что хочу посмотреть ее ,в ответ "а вы что не видеть так ?"Очень грубое отношения к клиентам .Далее меня пытались высмеять ,за то что я ищу беговел на трёх колёсах ,пытались меня убедить в том, что таких не бывает .Причем директор магазина обсуждал с продавцом с такой иронией ,что я подумала может правда не бывает ,хотя пришла подготовленная ,посмотрела и почитала про них в интернете .Ведут себя обе вызывающи . В Магазине не дают сделать шага ,ходят в спину дышат ,очень не приятно .Если что то трогаешь ,фыркают ,как будто я их игрушки трогаю . Конечно больше моей ноги не будет у них в магазине .в тц Океания есть на против магазин фирменных игрушек ,отношения к покупателю соответствующее ценам. .Сколько не заходу в магазин Imaginarium ,выхожу с неприятными чувствами ,тяжелые люди работают в детском магазине. В Кунцево Плаза в их магазине девочки работают намного приятнее и добрее .
