Два раза заходила в этот магазин, т.к. он находится рядом с моей работой, в первый раз сложилось неприятное впечатление от персонала, но я закрыла на это глаза. Во второй раз, когда я зашла, опять же зал был пустой, ни одного консультанта небыло, попросила девушку, сидящую на кассе помочь мне с выбором крема для увеличения интенсивности загара, по итогу она посоветовала мне солнцезащитный крем, уверяя, что от него я загорю не хуже… Я поверила девушке, ведь она специалист. После выхода из магазина я прочитала про этот крем отзывы и вернулась с намерениями сделать возврат или обменять на другой, но эта девушка стояла там с администратором, и они обе уверили меня, что крем поможет мне быстрее загореть, благодаря своему составу. В итоге после использования крема на протяжении всего дня на отдыхе я осталась белой и последующие дни уже им не пользовалась и нормально загорела. В итоге 2000 на ветер, немаленькая сумма для крема… Так что не советую верить консультантам

Посетили с подругой этот магазин с целью покупки нового парфюма. Определиться с выбором помог консультант по имени Кристина. Очень доброжелательная и компетентная девушка, хорошо владеет знаниями о каждом аромате. Это очень ценно, особенно для таких покупателей как я, которые идут и пока не знают чего хотят. Моя подруга же, напротив, знала чего хочет и, тем не менее, помощь пригодилась и ей. Спасибо!
