Каждый консультант закреплён за определенной маркой, те подсказать что-то лучшее из другого ассортимента они не в состоянии. Если подошёл к консультанту прикрепленного за одной маркой, ему главное продать именно ее! Так купила «летнюю помаду». На солнечном свете очень темная, без карандаша не нельзя наносить, вся расплывается. Обидно, приходила за Шанель, но консультант оказался занят. В итогу взяла живанши и на след день при свете понимаю, что она совсем не соответствует тем характеристикам, что я просила (нужна была помада, кот можно было бы наносить без предварительного макияжа, не яркая, каждый день на работу - 204ROSE BOUDOIR полная противоположность) В общем, я сильно расстроилась. До этого ходила только в Иль Дэ Ботэ, но сейчас не уверена в правильности выбора....

Купили у них Том Форд лост Черри, всем известно, что том форд хорошо держат аромат сохраняясь минимум на 4 часа) а их духи еле на 2ой час пахнут Ходили, приносили, они отказали) так что не советую

Не частый гость, но уровень чувствуется в каждой мелочи. Если мне нравится тон косметики, то я его покупаю и не смотрю на бренд, так как сильных различий обычно не бывает у одного продукта.

Отличный корнер Chanel, ничем не отличается от фирменного бутика. Консультанты просто замечательные, хорошо информированы о продукции, легко помогут, подскажут и расскажут о любом продукте, особенно в вопросе духов. Если берёте что-нибудь в подарок, сообщите об этом консультанту - они могут упаковать продукт в подарочную упаковку. А ещё тут есть корнер моей любой Bobbi Brown 😊 Единственное «но» - двери и окна самого магазина. Ну не могут быть такие дешёвые двери в таком красивом здании с мозаикой. Не могут.
