Оставлю свой отзыв!!! Зашли с супругой в данный магазин впервые, понравился парфюм Lacoste🇫🇷🐊 за 100 мл ценник 6740 руб, с вип картой скидка 25 процентов, карты у нас такой нет, и мы попросили сделать нам скидку в 25 процентов, за то что, возьмем 2 позиции, в итоге я беру 100 мл, для супруги такого нет в наличии и пробивают 30 мл, суть в том, что скидку сделали ей , а мне нет, в итоге переплатили, не приятно!!! , жаль не могу прикрепить чек!!! Служба поддержки данного магазина по электронной почте ответила чтоб мы разбирались с продавцами сами , и самое главное!!! Если покупать в интернет магазине, выходит гораздо экономнее.

Не хотела писать, но думаю, стоит. Я думала работа сотрудника помочь выбрать и проявить любезность, а в итоге продать! Но не тут то было! Видимо работа в том, чтобы унизить и нахамить! Я просто в шоке от такого обслуживания! Не знаю куда смотрит деректор и есть ли ему до этого дело. А ситуация была вот такая. С подругой тестировали парфюмерию и хотели преобрести,то что понравится . Чуточку упомяну, как раздражает, когда перед носом ходит консультант и убирает флакон, как только я его открыла и собиралась опробовать,ну да ладно! Позже, к нам подошла другая сотрудница...и мягко говоря, дала понять , чтобы мы шли мимо отсюда.В смысле,а что, тестить у нас запрещено??!Мы сделали вывод, что видимо в продажах они вообще не заинтересованы. Честно, даже не знали как реагировать на такое. Просто унизительное обслуживание. Или может я что-то не знаю,может это нормально?! Но учтите, что выйти из магазина вы можете с испорченным настроением.
