Даже одной звёзды жалко. Сервис на нуле, ощущение что менеджеры спят на ходу. Пришлось искать менеджера по всему залу, хотя в других магазинах подобного типа, около селектива всегда стоят консультанты. Зал был пустой, большого потока покупателей в нём не было. Купили BYREDO в подарок, по итогу воду за такую немалую сумму, положили в обычный полосатый пакетик! Больше этот магазин посещать не буду и другим не рекомендую. Настроение на нуле.

Цены высокие, сервис низкий очень. Консультант, что со мной работал отличается от всего коллектива приветливостью, знанием, деликатностью, только ради неё купила бы, но ничего из парфюма не выделила окончательно. Консультантов много, клиентов мало, отчего сотрудникам заняться нечем кроме как обсудить внешний вид клиента. Как на базаре. Учиться и учиться консультантам достойно вести себя на работе при клиентах.

Хожу во все магазины этой сети, но чаще всего бываю в Кристалле, тк находится рядом с домом. Нравится качество товаров, наличие тестеров. Часто можно получить очень грамотную консультацию. Небольшой минус в том, что некоторые марки в Кристалле не представлены, но есть в Вояже или Гудвине. Также было несколько случаев неприятного общения с консультантами, но это скорее исключения. Люблю эту сеть за качество товаров и за ту часть консультантов, которые действительно помогают с выбором и вежливы.
