Отвратительная политика по отношению к клиентам. На протяжении 10 лет и больше являлась вашим клиентом. Статус карты был VIP. Дисконт 25%. Покупок на сумму более 150 000. После ребрендинга все обнулили. Весь дисконт сняли. И предлагают заново начать набирать сумму для ПОЛУЧЕНИЯ!!!! карты статус GOLD. Вы в себе? У меня VIP в Летуале, РивГоше. Яблоко. Вы же просто всех послали! На обращение и представление всех данных формальная отписка и речь по шаблону:"У нас новая политика". Поздравляю - скатились до уровня базара. Все магазины в Саратове свели до одного. Теперь и клиентов послали. Долго ли вы так сможете быть на плаву? Ставлю вам 1,а хотела бы минус 10 поставить. Ни разу в жизни не писала отзывы. Но вы сегодня смогли довести меня до написания! Молодцы! Желаю вам всего того же, что вы делаете для Клиентов!

Раньше было отличное качество товара, но и цена выше чем в других магазинах, сейчас качество оставляет желать лучшего, а цена в разы выше, у многих магазинов нет парковки
