✔️Добрый вечер! Хотела бы поделиться печальным опытом.. Купила я парфюм в Иль Де Ботэ, к сожалению не было пробных вариантов и я купила парфюм, так как знала этот аромат. Со скидкой духи мне обошлись 3700. Придя домой я радостно открыла, нанесла ппрфюм и поняла, что они не так пахнут как должны (запах очень отличался) я очень огорчилась😭😭😭. На следующий день я пошла в магазин показала чек и попросила вернуть или заменить духи, т. к они не соответствуют, на что мне администратор ответил пишите заявление и мы вам вернём. Я всё написала, жду неделю, вторую, тишина... Я опять в магазин, мне ответили типа там директор ушёл и пришёл новый мы вам сообщим. Я жду..... Прошёл месяц, тишина.... Я начала звонить.. мне сказали разберёмся, мы вам сами сообщим. Я жду второй месяц тишина 😏😏я опять звонить и поехала в магазин. "Новый директор" мне говорит духи пахнут так как должны и я выдумываю. Я объясняю, что парфюм и раньше покупала и проблем не было, на что он мне ответил, а где покупали? Я сказала Летуаль... Он мне говорит - так у нас производитель разный вот и отличается 😲😲😲я была в шоке..... А так то есть заявленный аромат и парфюмерия должна пахнуть одинаково в любом магазине. Я пошла в Летуаль и Рив Гош и мне консультанты в один голос говорят, что у меня подделка. Деньги мне не вернули, морочили голову отговорками, а вывод я сделала, что на фуфло можно и в дорогом магазине нарваться. Больше в этом магазине я покупать парфюм не буду. И бессовестно относятся к своим клиентам.

Бываю не часто,но хочу оценить работу консультантов в филиале на Герцена.Всегда помогут и подскажут,без покупки от них не уйти.Вернее без нужной покупки.Спасибо большое за профессионализм.Так держать

Позвонила узнать о наличии товара в магазине, получила грубый ответ "Понятия не имею" и бросили трубку Первый раз такое, к сожалению такие сотрудники портят репутацию магазина и отталкивают клиентов. Являюсь постоянным клиентом с платиновой картой.
