Хороший ассортимент, не плохое обслуживание, но иногда через чур навязчивое. Не всегда понятно какие акции и на что действуют, но это не к данному магазину, а вообще к сети.

Ни до одного из филиалов на Светланской невозможно дозвониться. Если уточнить о наличии товара возможно только приехав лично, для чего указывать номера телефонов, да ещё и два?

Прекрасный магазин с огромным выбором эксклюзивных марок, которые не представлены в других магазинах города. Обслуживание мне понравилось, консультанта всегда легко найти, а если его помощь не требуется, то он не будет навязываться, просто будет находиться в зоне вашей видимости, на случай если вы передумаете💁🏻‍♀️ На втором этаже будто отдельный мир с полным погружением в мир красоты🙌🏻 каждый из консультантов в хорошем настроении, все улыбаются, и готовы помочь вам в подборе и нанесении выбранного продукта. Помимо искусственного освещения, есть естественный свет от больших окон, что тоже крайне важно в подборе правильных оттенков💁🏻‍♀️ на кассе (на любом из этажей) очень приветливые девушки, которые не забывают рассказать об акциях и бонусах которые вы можете получить ❗ и всегда дополняет вашу покупку пробниками, чтобы вы попробовали что-то новое и пришли ещё 💁🏻‍♀️❗ чего нет в двух других подобных крупных сетевых магазинах города ❗ а я знаю о чем пишу, в таких магазинах я чаще чем в продуктовом 😅 Отдельная благодарность консультанту марки MAC за качественно выполненную работу в подборе помады и профессионализм, к сожалению я не прочитала имени на бейдже, но это была рыженькая девушка, она одна там такая 👩🏻‍🦰

Обслуживание и качество ВСЕХ товаров в данной парфюмерной компании на уровне сельпо. А цены почему на уровне премиум магазинов. Про клиентоориентированность здесь не слышали даже, лишь бы "втюхать" товар. Крайне не рекомендую посещать данную сеть магазинов!
