Последние два года, это наверное худший магазин мебели в стране! Сотрудники обманывают и заставляют покупать крупные товары говоря что товары недостающие придут через неделю. По факту нет товаров месяцами. Резерв выполняется не в рамках очереди, а тем у кого одна позиция в заказе. У тех у кого позиций в резерве больше, товар не предложат и тем более не привезут пока не соберут позиции все. Получается одна позиция появляется ее отдают другим, даже тем кто позднее сделал заказ, потом появляется другая, но первой то уже нет. Получается порочный круг. Сервис из 90-х получается! За половиной товаров уже сам съездил и купил, потратив огромное количество времени и денег на бензин. Сборку кухни оплатил полностью, но уже два месяца она не собрана так как нет товаров в наличии. В представляете вы оплатили услугу, но ее не исполняют, потому что сами товар не могут поставить по резерву! В бистро очень много позиций отсутствуют. Стоишь в очереди, подходишь, а тебе кофе нет, картофеля нет и т.д.

Александр, здравствуйте! Сожалеем, что так получилось. Мы всегда стараемся предоставить наилучший опыт покупки для всех. Но на фоне пандемии мы столкнулись со значительными сложностями, связанными с поставкой товаров. В условиях самоизоляции было продано больше товаров, чем ожидалось.
