Заказала, кота Basic (мягкая игрушка) заказ 771600 оформила самовывозом, так как через одну станцию работа. Накануне (05.12.19) мне подтвердили заказ, что есть в наличии:кот 22 см 810 рублей). 06.12.19 в 19:12 позвонила, перед выходом, удостовериться, что заказ в наличии, оператор подтвердила!!! Выезжаю, еле нашла пункт, мне звонит оператор в 20:05, когда я уже на месте и говорит, мол, Вашего заказа нет в наличии, говорит, мол, разница 50 рублей и кот на 3 см больше, захожу на склад, мне оператор, который выдает заказы называет сумму 934 рубля, более того, говорит, заказ, еще, не готов! Нужно ждать! В смысле?! Вы издеваетесь?! Я вам накануне писала, перед выходом позвонила и никто из сотрудников не смог заранее предупредить. Оператор сказала, что есть недочеты у нас, так, если есть недочеты, зачем нужен самовывоз? Если у сотрудников не налажена коммуникация и грамотная передача дел?! Оператор оправдала ошибку тем, что они работают, почти, круглосуточно. Мы все работаем много. И клиент от этого страдать не должен. Ужас! Я принципиально не стала покупать у вас товар. Мало того, что накосячили, так, и вину грамотно признать не можете.

Заказали игрушку в данном магазине. С самовывозом. Сначала не могли дозвогиться весь день. Потом на следующий день дозвонились с самого утра, записались на самовывоз. Но заказ получить так и не удалось. Мужа не пустили на территорию. Тк он пришел с ребенком. Обозвали его идиотом... отвратный магазин! Отвратное отнощение к кдиентам. Я понимаю, что охрана не их, но охрана лицо любой конторы. А тут лицо явно ужасное! Нахожится все в припердищево, забрать быстро не получится, тк никаких вывесок, ничего...
