К пяти подошли к данному отделу, чтобы забрать заказ. Было закрыто. Ждали 40 МИНУТ! Девушка кушала! Хотя указан перерыв в 10 минут!

приносим свои извинения за доставленные неудобства. по правилам ТЦ продавец не может уйти на перерыв если на момент перерыва в отделе есть покупатели. поэтому позволено уходить на перерыв (15 минут) в другое время, по звонку в администрацию (перерывы отслеживаются). войдите в положение, ведь в выходные дни в отделе много покупателей и продавцы часто работают с 1 перерывом в день, а иной раз и вовсе без перерывов. для вашего удобства и для связи с продавцом в подобных ситуациях есть номер телефона указанный на сайте.
