К ассортименту игр претензий нет, тут на 5+. Обычно покупаю игры либо в отделе Ауры, либо Галерее. Но ближе всего мне отдел на Красном пр.155. Именно сюда я сегодня дозванивалась почти 1,5 часа! Полтора часа было занято, либо не брали трубку с 12 дня. Когда я дозвонилась (о чудо!) в 13:15 продавец сухо ответила, что интересующей меня игры нет, при этом не предложив помощь: посмотреть аналогичную, либо посмотреть в наличие в другом магазине. Я полтора часа пыталась дозвониться, написала 2 смс и мне не перезвонили, не извинились за столь долгое ожидание когда дозвонилась я, не помогли никак. Коротко о клиентоориентированности. После я позвонила в магазин в ТРЦ Галерея, где интересующей меня игры тоже не оказалось, но девушка сказала что в среду она будет, сейчас можно приобрести игру в магазине на Карла Маркса, сказала про доставку и предложила другую игру.
