прекрасный магазин. большой выбор пряжи, ниток аксессуаров. очень довольна. советую. очень радует то что продавцы не стоят над душой. ты просто ходишь, рассматриваешь все... щупаешь. есть вопрос подошел задал. очень это радует)

Сегодня зашла в магазин. В зале тишина, дошла до конца зала, увидела двух продавцов (молодые девушки), уставившихся в телефоны. Даже мое присутствие не заставило их оторваться от своего занятия. Лишь задав вопрос, одна девушка нехотя встала и пошла со мной. Я хотела приобрести лапку для пошива кожи. На мой вопрос, есть ли такие в продаже я получила встречный вопрос, а вы знаете как она выглядит? Поскольку они бывают разные, то конечно я сказала, что не знаю. Какие будут... Так вот вместо того, чтобы сидеть «в телефоне», может стоит изучить ассортимент магазина, где вы работаете и все-таки изучать сферу шитья и рукоделия. Считаю, что продавцы консультанты должны быть компетентны в своей сфере деятельности( в любой!). Первый раз столкнулась с таким в вашем магазине. Посещаю очень часто, и всегда девочки были приветливы и настроены на продажи... Сервис в наше время - очень важный фактор продаж.
