Первое. На мой взгляд, удобное место расположения этого ФНС. Благодаря географическому расположению это ФНС удобно для работы: близость к метро Тульская, рядом расположено Варшавские шоссе со впадающим в него Каширским шоссе и Третье транспортное кольцо. Кроме того, если вы приехали на автомобиле, его можно припарковать в подземном паркинге торгового центра Ереван Плаза в пятидесяти метрах от ИФНС номер 10. В общем, добраться до ИФНС N10 несравнимо проще, чем до 46-го ФНС, расположенного на Походном проезде в Тушино, не говоря уже о возможности комфортной парковки. А если вы попали в обеденный перерыв, то можно скоротать время и подкрепиться в фуд-корте на третьем этаже Торгового центра Ереван Плаза, что, согласитесь, удобно. В вышеупомянутой 46-ой ФНС можно только есть и пить дрянь из вендинговых автоматов на первом этаже. Мне было необходимо лично получить предписание на проверку моей ОООшки. В бюро пропусков в очереди передо мной был только один мужик, поэтому я потратил всего 5 минут на получение пропуска. На входе охранник не утомлял меня обысками и мгновенно пропустил внутрь. ФНС 10 оставляет приятное впечатление. Конечно, если вы умудряетесь не косячить с налогами. :)
