Решение мелких вопросов, как подача декларации - оперативно, без особых очередей. На решение более сложных вопросов, иногда сотрудникам не хватает возможно, к сожалению, желания помочь, подсказать и разрешить ситуацию.

Безобразная работа. Заблокировали счет в связи с неуплатой штрафа. Штраф был оплачен своевременно, сразу же по получении требования. На телефонные звонки исполнитель не отвечает. Единственная возможность дозвониться через многоканальный телефон 222-22-22. Ответ один: не работает программа, перезвоните. Удивительно, как счет блокировать, все у них работает, а как теперь ситуацию разрешить, то ничего не работает.

Я в гневе! Сотрудники не работают! Заблокировали счет из за несуществующего долга 14083 который оплатили в декабре 2018 г. Вовремя оплатили!!!!!!! И сдернули эту сумму ошибочно второй раз со счета!!!! Мне не за что закупать товар и я несу убытки!!!! До того как списали сумму 14 тыс неделю назад связалась с сотрудниками сказали разблокируют счет произошла ошибка, прошло 10 дней ничего не сделано!!! Сколько я могу ждать? Ваш специалист Куприева Надежда Викторовна вообще не работает!! А дозвониться вообще не реально! – показать
