Добрый день! Если вы собираетесь отдыхать с компанией «Идис-тур», советую набраться терпения и дочитать наши впечатления об отдыхе с этой фирмой. Постараюсь коротко.29 апреля по 1 мая мы посещали Казань. Должны были остановиться в гостинице «Татарстан» (гостиница была оговорена и оплачена за полгода). За 2 часа до заселения мы узнали, что ночевать первую ночь мы будем в студенческом общежитии в 1 часе езды от Казани. Нашим планам погулять по вечернему городу, увы, не суждено было свершиться.На второй день у нас было запланировано посещение Свияжска. Программа была составлена так, что туда нас привезли так поздно, что все объекты были уже закрыты. Нам оставалось только обойти вокруг(((В довершении ко всему выше сказанному, нам отказали в трансфере, довезя нас до ближайшего метро со словами вы и метро посмотрите заодно.О мелочах даже не буду писать. Единственное, что бы еще хотелось добавить. Каждый день, а иногда и два раза в день, у нас менялись гиды, которые не зная о том, что говорили их предыдущие коллеги, повторяли одну и туже информацию. А некоторые из них так далеко уходить в своих размышлениях от темы экскурсии, что их приходилось останавливать.У меня больше нет желания пользовать услугами этой туристической компанией.С уважением,Наталья. – показать
