Прекрасное место, низкие цены, огромный ассортимент, неплохое обслуживание. Кроме барышень в селективной парфюмерии. Попросила помощи в поиске парфюма очень грубо ответили. Не приятно за свои же средства ( а я всегда только люксовый парфюм брала) получать такое отношение. Решила, что теперь буду только через интернет магазин заказывать, это оказалось еще хуже! Заказ мой не подтвердили, ничего не сообщили, ни смс ни звонка. Хотя на сайте написано, что со мной свяжутся. Устав ждать сама набрала через 2 недели, оказалось мой заказ уже давно ожидает меня в сдеке. Ни номера заказа ни чего то либо другого я не получила. Пришлось получать по паспорту. Заказ был хорошо упакован, но коробка от парфюма (стоимостью в 10+ к ) повреждена изначально видимо. Внутри упаковки отсутствовала перегородка и парфюм просто болтался внутри. Хорошо хоть целый остался. Мои обращения были игнорированы стандартными фразами «мы стараемся улучшать качество обслуживания». Учитывая, что это был подарок на день рождения мужу, остался неприятный осадок.
