Студия раньше мне очень нравилась, но в последний раз произошла странная ситуация. Когда записываешься на занятие, если мест нет, то попадаешь в лист ожидания (и если кто-то из основной группы отменяется, то перемещаешься в основную). Так вот, у меня есть любимый инструктор, попасть к которой просто так без записи за неделю или две нереально( И на занятие к которой я была в этом листе. Так вот мне пришло сообщение, что меня переместили в основной лист, но никто не перезвонил. Когда я сама позвонила, девушка с которой я разговаривала (имени не помню, но это было 09.08) сказала, что ничего об этом не знает, меня нет ни в каком списке, потом звонок сбросили. Я перезвонила, мне сказали, что сейчас она не может разговаривать, пожалуйста, перезвоните. Я перезвонила через час, ничего не изменилось - "пожалуйста, перезвоните завтра". Все впечатление о студии испортилось, желание ходить пропало. Сами занятия - пять баллов, организация - единица. В итоге ставлю три.

Мне здесь очень нравится, что группы не большие. Всегда приходя сюда получаешь такой релакс, которого вообще тяжело достичь. Еще один плюс - принимают с любым уровнем подготовки.

Требуют предоплату, которою не возвращают даже, если изменились обстоятельства и занятие необходимо отменить. При этом информация на сайте отсутсвует, как сообщают по телефону, она есть в Инстаграмм. Посоветовали найти другую студию. Страшно представить с чем пришлось бы столкнуться на занятиях...

Чудное место, посещаем с женой уже более 3х лет. Гостей встречают очаровательные люди с искренними улыбками на лицах! Преподаватели способны найти подход к любому, особенное спасибо Елизавете Зенковой за прекрасные часы практики :-)

Для любителей благовоний). Занимались Айенгарой в «деревянном» зале. Хотя правильнее его назвать дспшно-поликарбонатным. Пол с подогревом. Очень душно, зал шириной в 2 коврика. Инструктор делает упражнения в одном ряду со всеми, видно только по зеркалам. Асаны подробно не разбирались. Возможно, для этого надо было идти на начальный курс.
