Заказывала духовой шкаф с хорошей ценой, если сравнивать с розницой. Очень сомневалась на счёт товара, будет ли такой же качественный, без брака с доками. Магазин превзошёл все мои ожидания. Шкаф в целости и сохранности в упаковке, без повреждений, с документами и печатями привезли на следующий день. Хорошая служба доставки, связывались несколько раз оговаривали время получения. Спасибо большое, буду обращаться ещё при необходимости😉

Заказали стиральную машинку, за неделю. При звонке из магазина, нам сказали что в тот день на который нам нужна доставка, все привезут. По итогу в день доставки, после обеда позвонил менеджер и сказал что ничего нам не привезут ( типа упаковка вскрыта и чет там еще)! Разве нельзя было сообщить об этом раньше? Мы бы перезаказали в другом месте, где выполняют заказы !

Приносим свои извинения в связи со сложившейся ситуацией. Заказанный вами прибор был забронирован на складе. В день доставки при выдаче этого прибора курьеру службы доставки были обнаружены механические повреждения (деформация корпуса стиральной машины). Ранее об этом мы вам сообщить не могли, т.к. информация со склада поступила только в день доставки. Других стиральных машин данной модели на складе не осталось, поэтому мы не смогли осуществить доставку вашего заказа. С уважением, магазин I-CONDER.
