Ужас а не гостиница . Забронировал номер . Приехав в гостиницу ночью мне сказали что они просто отменили бронь. И предложили самый дорогой номер .

Здравствуйте! Суть в том, что вы позвонили вечером на телефон администратора гостиницы и спросив о наличии свободных номеров предложили забронировать номер не сказав -приедете ли вы точно. Через два часа приехали люди и заселились на сутки. Вы не оставили свой телефон и не подтвердили свой заказ. Поэтому мы конечно извиняемся перед вами, но считаем нашей вины тоже здесь нет.

Прекрасная кухня , официант вежливый , никогда таких не видела , зовут Вадим , советую отдохнуть именно здесь , сауна шикарная , про гостиницу я вообще молчу , шедевр ❤️ Спасибо , ребят за отличный отдых
