Действительно динамичная компания, интересные продукты, но ПОЧЕМУ такое не уважение к потребителю. Несколько заказывал товары в интернет-магазине компании ООО "Техкомпания Хуавэй" и оставался довольным. Последний раз заказал - осечка. Думал обыкновенная накладка, которая со всеми случается. Звонил несколько дней подряд в службу поддержки вежливо вешали лапшу. Написал претензию и даже получил подтверждение о её принятии. Опять наивно думал, что накладка. Разберутся, извиняться и выдадут товар. Идет уже пятнадцатый день с момента оплаты товара, шестой день с момента отправки претензии, а в ответ тишина. Если не считать смешного смс с информацией о том, что-то с моим заказом пошло не так и мне необходимо его отменить. Читатель наверное улыбался бы если бы дело касалось бы интернет-магазина ООО "Лютик". Но это интернет-магазин одного из флагманов радиоэлектронного оборудования. Как не пытаюсь не могу себе объяснить с чем это связано. Однако в суд сходить будет не лень. Надеюсь, что мой отзыв будет полезен для потребителей, попавших в подобную ситуацию.

Ужасный сервис, заказали ноутбук за 60к, прошло две недели, крайний срок доставки был несколько дней назад, абсолютно никаких новостей, никто нигде не отвечает, чат не работает, на почту писали 50 раз, всем абсолютно пофиг, сервис нулевой, не советую заказывать ничего здесь
