Ужасное отношение к клиентам.Отправила ключ своей подруге по почте, так как не нахожусь в Москве. Когда она туда пришла, ей сказали, что у меня какие-то проблемы с замком, бокс оказался без защиты.Но они не посчитали нужным оповестить меня об этом, утверждая, что звонили, но я не взяла трубку, хотя пропущенных от них не было. Даже, если не брала трубку, хотя этого как я уже сказала, не было, то могли оповестить с помощью смс или электронной почты. Общалась с менеджером Камилла. Сказала, что "я должна сказать спасибо,что мы поставили пломбу". Спасибо, за потраченное время, деньги и нервы!

Удобный склад, работает круглосуточно. Оставлял там вещи на хранение, есть и небольшие ячейки и комнаты.

У нас не так много места в квартире, так что на зиму здесь решили оставить все наши велосипеды, а сейчас на летний период зимние ватрушки, санки и т.д. Плюс муж шины туда складывает. Очень удобный сервис, для нашей семьи — находка.
