Хотел поделиться опытом, ноутбук модели G5 Elite стал плохо запускаться, но и в принципе медленно работал. Создали заявку, созвонились объяснил ситуацию сказали что у некоторых моделей G5 был дефект с материнской платой. После чего предлржили мне замену материнской платы с выездом специалиста HP. Вчера данный специалист приехал поменял материнскую плату, но при уже окончании сборки увидел налёт на коннекторе LTE модема и сразу сказал что якобы я его утопил. Хотя вся материнская плата выглядит идеально и не каких следов внутри не наблюдается. На вопрос как он это определил? Он сказал из опыта за пару секунд. В итоге он вернул на место родную материнскую плату. Но компьютер больше не запускался. В итого сломал мне рабочий ноутбук. Сейчас звонил в службу поддержки мне там сказали что мастер определил неисправность и поэтому он не работает. На мои доводы что я ему отдавал рабочий ноутбук они не как не комментируют. Спасибо вам большое за ужасный сервис и отдельно вашему инженеру Фейнбергу Валерию Николаевичу!!! Самый ужасный сервис который у меня только был. Жаль нельзя поставить 0!

Картридж HP 650 черный, нет ни у одного представителя в городе Саратове, уже 2 недели, под заказ также не принимают заявки, это просто позор, это так Вы хотите заработать?
