офис маленький, народу всегда куча целая, когда приходила оплачивать кредит проводила там огромное количество времени, все как то неорганизовано. Пришла погасить карту целиком, так мне сумму неправильно рассчитали, оказалось лишних 300 рублей заплатила, потом писала кучу заявлений на возврат и ждала 2 недели чтобы их забрать
