Моя тетя оформила в этом банке года три назад кредит наличными. В прошлом месяца она полностью решила погасить кредит досрочно. Пришла в это отделение банка, уточнила необходимую сумму и внесла ее, после чего написала заявление на закрытие счета. Через месяц выяснилось, что по вине сотрудников кредит не закрыт и начислились еще проценты. Осталась очень недовольна банком, так как вместо извинений, моя тетя получила еще и обвинения в своей адрес типа сама виновата.

Буквально сегодня ходил в этот банкомат чтобы положить деньги на кредитную карту, то есть оплатить ежемесячный платеж, так вот банкомат не работает, и сам банк тоже не работает, будет работать только завтра, это очень плохо, они должны следить за этим всегда, ведь когда еще ходить оплачивать кредиты как не в выходные дни, так же завтра я не смогу придти заплатить на кассу, так как я работаю, в банкомате я уже не смогу оплатить, так как если хоть маленькая просрочка, то карта блокируется и уже нельзя будет на нее даже положить деньги. А ежемесячный платеж то маленький всего на всего 1040 рублей!
