Ужасный сервис.Хотя сейчас все на удаленке и казалось можно дозвониться.Но с трудом найденный местный номер не отвечает.Горячая линия в Москве платная просидел на телефоне,тоже оператор не подходит.Перестали приходить СМС-ки о оплате с карт(за пакет СМС оплачено) еще пару месяцев назад ,в отделении банка ничего сделать не смогли.Для доказательства положил при них 100 р. в банкомат-результат нулевой.Написал заявление-то же самое.На одной карте(из двух) заработало СМС оповещение только после того как полопатив интернет , я САМ удалил с телефона этот интернет-банк.Вчера с компа пытался оплатить на протяжении 3 чвсов интернет-пишет операция недоступна(хотя каждый месяц это делаю),на телефон положил деньги легко.Посмотрел появился новый интернет-банк-зашел -там ничего не работает.Я понимаю людям видимо на удаленке надо за что-то платить деньги,но зачем огород городить?Может лучше заняться улучшением телефонного сервиса и повышением надежности существующего интернет-банка(который в-общем то вполне функционален),чем плодить еще что-то?

Поддержка клиентов = 0 2 раза пытался стать клиентом банка 1 раз карта пришла но отделение закрылось из-за "каникул" и получить не получилось 2 раз оформил заявку через сайт и через неделю оказалось что ничего небыло. Бесцельно потерян целый месяц.
