Добрый день.Вчера я пришёл в Ваш банк на ул.Вокзальная д.2 г.Ессентуки около 10 часов утра и хотел оформить кредитную карту что меня поразило это не знание своей работы сотрудников и развод на высокие проценты,сначала я подошёл к одной девушке она сказала что можно оформить экстра кредит с 68%,и ничего не говоря о других возможностях,я сказал что подумаю через несколько минут я подошёл к другой девушке т.к. та у которой я был была занята она мне понравилась тем её звали Мария,что она сразу сказала что если у Вас будет два документа будет 44%,а если три 34% я поехал домой за третьим документом и когда пришёл Марии не было а была др.девушка я сел говорю что у меня три документа,а какие будут проценты .а она отвечает 44%,я говорю как мне девушка другая сказала что при трёх документов будет 34%,она нет 44%,тут появляется Мария и я говорю вот это девушка которая сказала что 34% при подаче трёх документов ,на что та девушка очень с изумлённым видом отвечает этого не может быть и Благодаря Марии она начинает ей показывать информацию о том что при подаче паспорта,загранпаспорта и водительских прав 34%,на что девушка грубо ответила ну енсли ты всё знаешь и уже общалась со мной то оформляй заявку,я пересел к Марии.Дальше оформление заявки продлилось до 15.00часов дня в результате я пробыл с 10-15.00 в самом банке висит что не нужна справка с работы только два документа а туту при подаче заявления надо было ехать на работу за печатью и подписью работателя это при том что я просил кредитную карту с лимитом на 20тыс.руб.когда приехал там был ихний руководитель который читал натации почему у них так всё плохо,находясь там я ей и ответил из-за плохой подготовки сотрудников и незнания своей работы,она очень удивилась и сказала молодой человек у нас всё отлично и я не собираюсь от Вас выслушивать претензии.Печально и грустно,очень плохое впечатления осталось о Вашем банке,пришёл отказ и я забрал свои документы.Я обязательно расскажу своим друзьям и помещу информацию в интернетекакие сотрудники работают в ХОУМ банке.
