Во время самоизоляции работает в ЮЗАО только этот банк, большая очередь...И, почему, в такой ситуации, берутся % за просрочку?

Несколько лет открывала вклады именно в этом отделении. Во время продлевания своего вклада в 2017 году, "компетентный" сотрудник предложил мне оформить договор страхования жизни, сроком на 3 года под 15% годовых. Я согласилась, по той простой причине, что ставки по вкладам стали снижаться. По итогу, мой договор страхования жизни был проведён как инвестиционный договор, в следствии чего спустя 3 года свои 15% я не получила. Настолько наплевательского отношения я ещё не встречала. Мой совет, не соглашаетесь ни на какие договоры страхования, которые вам предлагают заключить в этом банке.

Банкомат зажевал карту. Обратился к сотрудникам отделения за помощью. Получил ответ - ждите когда будет инкассация, тогда и вернём карту. Случилось 04.05.19, сказали будет инкассация 06.05.19...потом 07.05.19...как результат - остался без путевки на отдых. Не рекомендую данный банк
