Работают только по рабочим дням и только с 10 до 18 (т.е. когда практически все работают) Пришёл забирать карту, простоял пол часа в очереди, потом у них что-то сломалось в кассе. Как итог, ушёл без карты, открыл счёт в другом банке. Жалко потраченное время P.S. А, да, отделение больше смахивает не на банк, а на магазин, тесное и даже нет электронной очереди, тоже минус

Ничего плохого в адрес конкретного филиала не скажу, но хочу отметить что с этим банком никогда связываться больше не буду. При оплате кредита, банк может заблокировать счет по просьбе сторонних организаций. Т.е.если у вас к примеру неоплаченный штраф, то в данном банке могут наложить арест на ваши оплаченные кредиты.Т.е. пока вы не оплатите этот штраф, арест не снимется , т.е. долг перед банком будет расти. Имею дело со сбербанком и таких проблем нет.

Ярослав, добрый день. Арест накладываем не мы, а приставы, по решению суда. К нам в банк (как и любой другой банк) поступает исполнительный лист и мы его исполняем, согласно закону.
