Как банк, ужасный. Обслуживание ужасное, все разговаривают высокомерно, лишний раз не хочется спрашивать ничего. Если что-то и спрашиваешь, то объясняют на пофиг, лишь бы скорее ты ушёл

Банк хороший, граммотное обслуживание, подобрали кредит как я хотела, деньги выдали через полчаса. Я осталась довольна условиями обслуживания и продуктом, который мне предоставили.

Отвратительный банк. Чтобы внести деньги нужно заплатить комиссию в кассу! Вы вообще где-нибудь такое видели? Чтобы у меня деньги взяли, я еще и заплатить им должна! за что? Поистине, " европейское качество". Даже "Сбер" обскакали.

Мария, добрый день. Комиссия 100руб. взимается при оплате кредита через кассу. При этом вы можете оплатить кредит через наш сайт или приложение без комиссии с любой сторонней карты, не выходя из дома.

Ужасное место, женщина руководитель когда мы оформляли кредит подошла к своему сотруднику и заставила оформить страховку от которой мы отказывались , сказала можно вернуть через 3 месяца , она настояла чтобы сотрудник выдал именно страховку , поведение руководителя было не компетентно по отношению к клиенту , итог мы не стали брать кредит в этом ужасном банке , поведение руководителя было не компетентно вела себя не адекватно, больше в этот банк не ногой .

Светлый и просторный офис в центре города. Внутри все стильно, выдержано в красно белых цветах. Много рекламной информации на стенах. Плакаты, брошюры и множество полиграфии. Очередей нет. Консультанты очень симпатичные девушки, которые грамотно рассказывают о всех продуктах Банка. У них можно оформить кредит, кредитную карту, вклад. Вообщем полный набор банковских продуктов. Я так и не решилась оформлять кредит, нужен полный пакет документов паспорт, копия трудовой книжки, справка 2НДФЛ и дополнительный документ.
