Будьте бдительны. Сотрудница уведомила, что за досрочное погашение кредита, могут вернуть проценты на дебитовую карту Польза (чтобы не посещать банк). Оформили карту, но денежные средства не поступили. После месяца ожидания обратился в поддержку в приложении банка. Сотрудница на мой вопрос ответила, что проценты не начисляются, а сразу учитываются при погашении. Получается, что сотрудница оформила карту для своей выгоды и ввела в заблуждение. Г. Киров. У нас один филиал и вариантов для обращения больше нет. Надеюсь мнение учтут и сотрудницы будут более компетентны и честны.

Добрый день, Олег. Сожалеем. что у вас сложилось такое мнение. Некоторые вопросы требуют больше времени на решение, возможно поэтому кажется, что сотрудники медленно решают тот или иной вопрос. Касаемо банкоматов, большинство операций на сегодняшний день можно провести дистанционно, через приложение.

Оформила кредитную карту на 40000 руб , т.к покупала телефон в рассрочку за 36600. Проплатила 11 платежей на общую сумму 37230. и захотела эту карту закрыть. Оказалось, что я должна банку еще 3345. Причем все платежи были внесены вовремя.При оформлении кредитной карты внимательно читайте договор. Включают какие-то дополнительные услуги, о которых умалчивают. Никому не советую этот грабительский банк.

Не связывайтесь с этим банком, хотел закрыть кредит озвучили одну сумму по факту другая, набежали проценты, я их заплатил, опять прошу справку о закрытии счета, говорят подождите следующий расчётный период, но опять же набегут проценты и так похоже до бесконечности, ни кому не рекомендую данную организацию с мошенническими схемами
