Что удобного? Некомпитентный банк. Оставлял заявку на кредит- сначала миллион звонков, а когда все документы отправил даже не позвонили. Вообще не доволен, что связался с этими бездарями. Даже к банкомату не попасть после 19:00. Нужна какая то карта на входе. Тех поддержка не але. Робот отвечает и говорит позвонить по какому то другому номеру. Не рекомендую. Это шаражка

Оставил онлайн заявку на карту "Свобода",мне её одобрили ,связались со мной сказали что нужно придти в данное отделение подписать документы и забрать карту. Кредитный специалист Анастасия ,анулировала мою заявку и в тихую перезабила её,видимо что бы засчиталась выдача и по итогу мне пришел отказ. Позвонил по горячей линии ,сказали что сотрудник произвел противопоказаны действия и составили жалобу.

Служба поддержки в чате приложение ДНО! Обращение к плательщикам как к должнику и не более! Само приложение тормозит не по детски. Если сбер, ложим деньги или получаем перевод то сразу можно распоряжаться ими как угодно и всё будет хорошо. Но только не Хоум кредит банк! Здесь нужно ещё дождаться каких-то транзакций и прочей дребедени! Короче приложение на 3-!
