Постоянно не работают банкоматы ,чтобы положить деньги на карту через кассу берут комиссии .Нет неодного банкомата а городе доступного 24 часа .

По ожиданию решения вопроса...напомнило советские поликлиники. Ну очень долго. Хотя были свободные специалист.,сидела и просто смотрела в экран компа...не приглашая на беседу.

Плохой банк. Предлагают одно а в деле совсем другое. Самый плохой банк с которым я столкунля

Хороший банк. Чисто, ухожино. Персонал дображилательный, знаючие свое дело. Объяснят если будут вопросы. Очереди не было вообще. Не удобно далеко от центра города, но тут только есть касса.

На мой взгляд, это один из самых динамичных и развивающихся банков. По поводу процентов - нужно внимательно читать договор и спрашивать банковского сотрудника, сколько в итоге вы переплатите до того, как подписываете договор. Обычно в договор включают страхование жизни заемщика, поэтому получается дороговато. Но это решается просто - просите оформить кредит без страховки. Лично я с этим банком дружу уже около 3 лет и меня радует, что на их сайте появился "кредитный кабинет", в котором можно узнать все подробности по оставшимся выплатам. Не надо звонить по бесплатным номерам, брать выписку со счета и прочее. А вообще, кредит можно и досрочно погасить, было бы желание)) с этого года еще ввели бесплатный мобильный банк для физических лиц, у других банков такая услуга только для организаций.

Хороший банк, проценты небольшие, многим дают кредит на выгодных условиях, брали телефон здесь в кредит, было 17% годовых, обслуживание хорошее, могут проконсультировать)
