Отвратительный банк, брал кредит ещё лет 13 назад и получалось так что зарплату довали только на следующий день как я должен оплатить кредит, я сотруднику обяснял по сто раз что зарплата только на след день, а что в итоге звонят директору звонят моей начальнице потом всем друзьям после того как выплатил кредит я в этот банк больше ни нагой.

Всем доброго дня. Претензий нет к сотрудникам, работают хорошо. Жирный " - " банку то что сейчас сотрудничает с " совком" то есть совкомбанк который дырявый !!! Брал кредит раньше в совке по итогу ни чего хорошего. Есть развёрнутый отзыв на него. А сейчас он и сюда лапы засунул, вечно прилетает реклама ещё и взял кредит платил платил . Получилось возможность закрыть достаточно и что Получилось платил 3 месяца просто так по 10к . Чтобы закрыть досрочно я заплатил столько же сколько и взял ещё и ➕ 9к . Вопрос а что я платил 3 месяца просто так и ни чего не списывалось . По итогу узнал что сейчас совок продвигает свои условия. Больше ни нагой . Эх а так был хороший банк.

Отличное отделение, прекрасное отношение к клиентам. Очень четко разводят по специалистам. Не очень понятен только график работы, но это скорее вопрос к сети, а не к конкретному отделению
